We will happily offer you a replacement, exchange or refund within 10 days from the date of purchase if the product we sent you was incorrect, suffered a manufacturing defect or damaged in transit. 

If you change your mind and decide this is not the product for you or is the wrong size, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $10.  

Goods must be returned unused and in original condition.  All you have to do is return it to us at your cost, ensure the item is in its original condition and unused.  We will then arrange a replacement of equal value or refund immediately.  

Our returns policy does not apply to products that have been used or damaged by you.

All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. If shipping damage occurs during transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving your products and we will gladly work with you to have the merchandise returned or replaced.

Please keep all original packaging material.

Your privacy

We want to make your experience with us as safe and convenient as possible.  

We respect your privacy.  We do not see your payment details - your payment simply arrives in our bank account with a name and transaction number attached.  We therefore never see your credit card number.  We never pass your information on to any company or third party. This includes information of people subscribed to our email newsletter list.  With us, your information remains confidential. 


GST is charged in NZ at 15%.  All prices displayed are GST inclusive.  

Payments to us

Currently you can pay us by credit card via PayPal.  We will also accept direct credit sales however we will not ship any products until we have received the funds in our bank account.
